    • Steady the Ship - Establishing financial fluency, donor footing, and people-first systems.

    • Lead Forward - Turning footing into a clear plan and visible early wins.

  • Bi-weekly one-on-one coaching. Six sessions total to work through real situations as they arise.

  • Support available by email or text between sessions so your executive has a listening ear and a processor and is never stuck waiting for the next scheduled call.

  • Tools, templates, and frameworks they keep and use long after the engagement ends.
