working better.
Who These Are For
Most teams problem isn’t time management, it’s a systems problem. Meetings run long, email controls the day, and work that matters keeps getting pushed. These workshops are designed to change that.
Half-day and 90-minute workshops for leadership teams, corporate groups, and nonprofits ready to change how they spend their time. If you're looking for a workshop for a team of more than 25 or have a specific need, reach out and we'll build something that fits.
Workshops
Designed for teams who know something needs to change but aren't sure where to start. It covers core skills that translate directly to how your people work: auditing their time, setting priorities that hold up under pressure, building a weekly rhythm that doesn't fall apart.
Works well as a lunch-and-learn, an all staff meeting or an add-on to an existing leadership retreat.
Time Management Foundations
A half-day intensive for leadership teams ready to go beyond the basics. Leaders leave with a better understanding of where their time is going, what is energizing them versus draining them, delegation techniques, leading teams to be productive and balanced, and a set of systems they've started building.
What's Included:
3-hour guided working session
Printed workbook for each participant
Individual follow-up resources for each topic
Optional: 30-minute debrief call two weeks after the session
Note on group size: This workshop is intentionally limited to 10 participants. Smaller groups encourage better conversation. If you have a larger team, reach out and we can talk through the right format.
