Your team already works hard.
This is about working better.
Half-day and 90-minute working sessions for leadership teams, corporate groups, and nonprofits ready to change how they spend their time.
Who These Are For
Most teams don't have a time management problem. They have a systems problem. The meetings run long, the inbox controls the day, and the work that actually matters keeps getting pushed. These workshops are designed to change that.
Both workshops are available for corporate teams, leadership groups, and nonprofit organizations. If you're booking for a team of more than 25 or have a specific need, reach out and we'll build something that fits.
Workshops
Time Management Foundations
The fundamentals of time management, taught in a format that respects your team's time. This is a working session, not a lecture. Participants leave with a completed workbook and a specific commitment they've made out loud to the room.
Designed for teams who know something needs to change but aren't sure where to start. It covers the core skills that translate directly to the way your people actually work: how to audit your time, how to set priorities that hold up under pressure, and how to build a weekly rhythm that doesn't fall apart by Tuesday.
What's Included:
90-minute presentation and working session
Printed workbook for each participant
A live accountability moment — every participant states one commitment out loud before leaving
Best for: Teams who want a high-impact session without a full-day commitment. Works well as a lunch-and-learn, an all-staff kickoff, or an add-on to an existing leadership retreat.
Leadership Efficiency Workshop
A half-day intensive for leadership teams who are ready to go beyond the basics. Designed for small groups of 10 or fewer, this session creates real working time around each topic — not just instruction, but application.
Leaders leave with a clear picture of where their time is going, a set of concrete systems they've already started building, and the shared language to hold each other accountable after the session ends.
What's Included:
3-hour guided working session
Printed workbook for each participant
Coverage of all five topic areas (see below)
Individual follow-up resources for each topic
Optional: 30-minute debrief call two weeks after the session to assess implementation
Note on group size: This workshop is intentionally limited to 10 participants. Smaller groups make real conversation possible. If you have a larger team, reach out — we can talk through the right format.
Delegation
What to hand off, how to hand it off well, and how to stop doing work that belongs to someone else.
Meeting Design
Fewer meetings, shorter meetings, better meetings. How to build an agenda that actually moves things forward.
Strategic Time Blocking
How to protect the work that actually matters before the reactive and the urgent crowd it out.
Email & Communication
Getting out of reactive mode. A system for managing your inbox instead of letting it manage you.
Project Management
Simple systems your team will actually use, so nothing falls through the cracks and everyone knows what's next.
Priorities & Focus
How to identify what actually matters on any given day and protect the time to do it before everything else crowds in.
