One debrief session, and you leave with a clear system and a plan to use it. Follow up coaching suggested for most clients.

From there, we work together to define what you're building toward, identify the systems needed to get there, and create an implementation guide that fits your current capacity — with monthly check-ins as your team leads the shift.
